Today, May 11 2015, Fortune Magazine announced that “FAA chief Michael Huerta signaled the agency’s openness to approving beyond visual line of sight”.  This is seen by the U.S. unmanned vehicle industry as a very positive sign.  California startup Matternet  has already gained significant experience delivering diagnostic tools and medical supplies in places like Haiti, Bhutan, the Dominican Republic and Papua New Guinea.   But take a look at the 2013 YouTube video below and let yourself dream about how drones could be used in day-to-day life…
